- Member of AARC
- NRP, BLS, ACLS and PALS certification
- Thoracic surgery weaning protocol
- Ventilator management - 7200, Veolar, Amadeus, Emerson,
Bear, Servo (300 & Servoi), 840, 760, Babylog, Infant Star, Sechrist,
Sensormedics, VDR, Avea
- Home ventilator experience - LP-6, LP-10, Bear 33
- Transport ventilator experience - Bear Avian
- Administration and instruction of hand-held nebs, IPPB,
IPV, CPAP, BIPAP, MDI's Incentive Spirometry, PD&P, PFT's
- Assist and assess endotracheal tube placement
- Obtain and analyze ABG/electrolyte samples
- TOF nerve stimulation
- Passey Muir valve
- ETCO2 set-up and monitoring
- SICU, MICU and CCU experience
- Trauma and code blue experience
- Nitric oxide administration
- Heliox therapy
